• Standard Terms: A 30% deposit is required to initiate production. The remaining 70% balance must be paid in full before shipment.

• Accepted Methods: We exclusively accept Bank Wire Transfers (T/T) to our corporate bank account.

• Other Methods: Any alternative payment methods must be discussed and confirmed in writing with our sales team prior to order placement.

2. Shipping & Delivery (物流政策)

• Departure Ports: Our products are shipped from major Chinese ports, primarily in Guangzhou and Shandong (e.g., Qingdao), depending on stock and logistics optimization.

• Shipping Method: We mainly utilize Sea Freight for cable deliveries.

• Delivery Time: Shipping time is determined by the ocean carrier’s schedule. We will provide an estimated arrival time and tracking details (Bill of Lading) upon dispatch.

• Shipping Fees: Costs are calculated based on the destination country, weight, and volume. Please contact us for a specific quote.

3. Packaging (包装条款)

• Standard Packaging: We provide high-quality export-standard cable drums.

• Customized Packaging: Packaging can be customized according to customer requirements. Please note that additional fees will apply for special packaging requests depending on the materials and complexity.

4. Return & Refund Policy (退换货政策)

We strive for 100% satisfaction. However, due to the customized nature of cable production, please note the following:

• Eligibility: Returns are only accepted for confirmed quality defects or specification errors on our part.

• Notification: Any claims must be submitted within 15 days of receiving the goods.

• Return Shipping: * Quality Issues: We will cover the return shipping costs for confirmed quality problems.

  • Other Reasons: If a return is negotiated for non-quality reasons, the buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges.

• Refunds: Once the returned goods are received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original corporate bank account within 7-10 business days.
